The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Fraud-prevention processing may also be based on our legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

We provide necessary delivery information to shipping, courier and fulfilment providers so that products can be delivered.

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.

Shopify Network Intelligence

Revance Racing does not use Shopify Network Intelligence to use customer activity across different Shopify merchants for advertising or enhanced personalisation purposes.

This statement must be removed or revised if Shopify Network Intelligence is enabled in the Shopify Customer Privacy settings.

7. Who Receives Personal Information

We do not sell or rent personal information.

We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own independent direct-marketing purposes.
